The more time provided, the more time we have to market and pre-sale equipment using another division in SIGMA Group, SIGMA Equipment.

At the end of the day, SIGMA Auction strives to give you back time. Our greatest asset is our partnership with our additional SIGMA Group divisions to help you get as much exposure and as much opportunity to get your equipment sold.

What does your timeline look like?

3 Months or Less

This is for those who have a quick turn around and need to focus on getting equipment out of their facility. We focus on quickly getting your equipment documented, listed, and sold.

Package includes:

  • SIGMA will come to your facility ready to document all of the equipment, photograph them, and prepare them for the auction.
  • Our team will build out the digital auction and prepare it to be marketed.
  • Next our team markets your equipment as availability allows for up to 4 weeks**
    ** Subject to scheduling and budget

6 Months

This package is ideal for those who have some time to sell their equipment on the open market before selling pieces at auction.

Package includes:

  • SIGMA will come to your facility ready to document all of the equipment, photograph them, and prepare them for the auction.
  • Prior to the auction, we partner with SIGMA Equipment to pre-sell your equipment for 5 months and will also sell the equipment on our own SIGMA Auction marketplace.
  • We will build out the digital auction and prepare it to be marketed.
  • Our team provides an auction closing date when you can expect the auction.
  • Next our team markets your equipment as availability allows for up to 12 weeks**
    ** Subject to scheduling and budget

SIGMA will come to your facility ready to document all of the equipment, photograph them, and prepare them for the auction.
Prior to the auction, we partner with SIGMA Equipment to pre-sell your equipment for 5 months and will also sell the equipment on our own SIGMA Auction marketplace.
We will build out the digital auction and prepare it to be marketed.
Our team provides an auction closing date when you can expect the auction.
Next our team markets your equipment as availability allows for up to 12 weeks**

9 Months

If you do not have an immediate need for removing your equipment, the 9 month timeline is great for larger lines, complete facilities, and more. This package includes additional marketing and sales opportunities including:

 

  • SIGMA will come to your facility ready to document all of the equipment, photograph them, and prepare them for the auction.
  • Prior to the auction, we partner with SIGMA Equipment to pre-sell your equipment for 8 months and will also sell the equipment on our own SIGMA Auction marketplace.
  • We will build out the digital auction and prepare it to be marketed.
  • Our team provides an auction closing date when you can expect the auction.
  • Next our team markets your equipment as availability allows for up to 28 weeks**. This includes working with our internal marketing and outside vendors to help put your equipment in front of as many potential buyers as possible.
  • ** Subject to scheduling and budget

  • Finally, our SIGMA Surplus division will also review the equipment for any valuable components that can be sold if pieces do not sell as a complete piece.

1 Year or Longer

Facilities that need to be sold within a year get the absolute most out of SIGMA Auction and all of SIGMA Group’s services.

Package includes:

  • SIGMA will come to your facility ready to document all of the equipment, photograph them, and prepare them for the auction.
  • Prior to the auction, we partner with SIGMA Equipment to pre-sell your equipment for 11 months and will also sell the equipment and facility on our own SIGMA Auction marketplace.
  • We will build out the digital auction and prepare it to be marketed.
  • Our team provides an auction closing date when you can expect the auction.
  • Next our team markets your equipment as availability allows for up to 40 weeks**. This includes working with our internal marketing and outside vendors to help put your equipment in front of as many potential buyers as possible.** Subject to scheduling and budget
  • SIGMA Surplus division will also review the equipment for any valuable components that can be sold if pieces do not sell as a complete piece.
